NDSM Werf Is Associated with large open spaces and lots of potentialities for new people and activities. the Idaa is to keep the characteristics of the area and popose new possibilities to improve them. In this way, intesifing the area (at least in the most parts of it) does not lead to the mentioned goal. Instead of imposing too many fucntions(activities), it is desirable to proposed a public collective area which can bring different activities toghether.
