ART FLOW

Option 1 is the main option for now. It consists of 2 types of exhibition space.

1. Private exhibition space. Basically an art gallery that is being managed by a private corporation. They buy and sell art and make money this way. Art is preferrably from the Kunststad but not necessarily.

2. Public exhibition space. This is held either by the same company that owns the private gallery, another company or the government. This space is totally public and the idea is that an artist or artist collective can rent it out and exhibit/sell their works to the public here.

Volume

The volume would consist of two bulbs (for each function) and a public outdoor space keeping them together.
