problems/opportunities

- balance_lack of harmony both between the site, built form + users. intervention + introduction of new form/users an opportunity to create balance on site.

- diversity_understand the numerous users/visitors of the site + their differing requirements, desires + issues. opportunity to share overlapping requirements, separate conflicting functions thus promoting interaction + avoiding conflict.

- community_contrast, sometimes little communication + interaction between different fields of users. artist vs office workers (low), artist vs artist (high), red bull vs mtv (low), visitor vs artist (high), visitor vs office worker (low), etc. opportunity to introduce a sense community similar to that present in the kunststad to include more user types.

- life_large amount of dead space between built form. opportunity to introduce + attract new users.
