Challenge is to combine the different layers on the site. Those layers can contain people, but also objects like old materials and new buildings. Make the area more commercial but still keeping the old shipyard feeling and the graffiti drawings. There are also layers of infrastructure like, the vissible, for example roads, and the invissible, for example pipelinse under de ground, connection between people and communication systems.
