The design adds five key functions to the NDSM area:

- Exhibition space

- Music/theatre space

- Bar/lunch space

- Conference space

- Park

The first four functions are being envisioned as bubbles in a green setting.

Parametric design

The four bubbles each have different architectural needs. A system will be developed in which different parameters will be assigned to various factors, such as daylight, acoustics, volume etc. See the diagram below for more info, with one being the lowest value and five being the highest.
